Shipping Policy

We use the United States Postal Service to ship our candles. 

Pricing for Shipping starts at $3.95 and goes up depending on how many candles are ordered. To check exact price of shipping, add items to your cart and then go to checkout.

We have a 100% Guarantee on our candles. If they are damaged at all email info@continuegood.com and we will replace the candles.

We use natural 100% soy wax to make our candles. Because of this we have experienced some melting in the summer when shipping out of state. This is rare but can occur especially during storage at a USPS warehouse during the shipping process.

We try to the best of our abilities to ship your candles to you with no issues. Occasionally, a candle will break in the delivery process. Continue Good will replace any broken candle or refund the candle from your order. Continue Good assumes no liability of injury if a customer opens a box with a broken candle. Please shake the box before opening and if you suspect it is broken, throw it away and do not try to open it. Please email info@continuegood.com if you ever encounter this issue.

If any of this happens to your candle, please take pictures and email them to info@continuegood.com. We will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
